Stuart holds postgraduate qualifications in urban planning and business administration and has over 20 years experience in urban management and public sector policy and administration.
Before taking up the CEO’s role mid March 2007, Stuart held the position of General Manager Policy and Strategy at Adelaide City Council.
He previously held senior positions in the planning agencies of the New South Wales and South Australian State Governments, and prior to that acquired extensive experience in a range of planning, urban research and policy consulting roles.
