Mark is a Civil Engineer with a Master of Engineering Science from the University of Adelaide. He has worked for the past 26 in the rail industry for a number of organisations including Australian National, GHD and for the past six years as Manager Rail Policy and Planning in the Department for Transport, Energy and Infrastructure. This role involves providing strategic advice to the State Governmnet on rail issues, preparation of options for rail development and industry liaison.
