House Energy Rating Assessors
The Building Policy Branch maintains a list of registered House Energy Rating Assessors.
The list can be found here: House Energy Rating Assessors.
In order to be listed on the Register of House Energy Rating Assessors a person needs to:
- provide a certificate or other written evidence of an exam pass in second generation software that meets the ABCB Protocol for House Energy Rating Software.
- send back a signed agreement to comply with the Code of Practice, together with an administration fee as set in the forms below.
