APY Lands Community Structure Plans
Community Structure Plans provide a framework for land use planning considerations by the land holding authority (APY Executive), APY communities and the development authority (the State Development Assessment Commission).
Structure Plans have been prepared with the involvement of the communities and the APY Executive and have been endorsed as a guide for all future development.

Plans for Mimili, Indulkana and Yunyarinyi will be available shortly.
The Plans provide guidance for all future development proposed by the communities and by government agencies (ie Office for Aboriginal Housing, Department for Transport, Energy and Infrastructure [DTEI], Nganampa Health etc).
The Plans should be consulted prior to the lodgment of a formal development application for determination by the Development Assessment Commission.
